Numé does not provide legal advice or legal services. The classifications, framework mappings, obligation dates and control assessments produced on this platform are compliance work product, not legal opinions, and must be read against the current published regulatory texts.

Where a determination is contested, arguable, or turns on a question of legal interpretation, it is referred to the client's own counsel. Classification is locked for the duration of that referral, and only the client's counsel or the program owner may record the resulting determination.

Consultancy work product carries no legal privilege. Records held on this platform — including the register, evidence, artifacts, decisions and audit trail — should be treated as discoverable.
